We continue to maintain and improve our standards for your comfort and our facilities have been awarded VisitBritain 4 Star quality rating.

Our large breakfasts, cooked freshly to your order give you an ideal start to your day - be it exploring the National Park and beyond or fuel for a full day out on the fells. We are conveniently located in a quiet street only a few minutes walk into the town centre attractions, the lake and the splendid Theatre by the Lake.
Many walks to the surrounding countryside and the hills can be started from the door so you can leave your car behind.

We have a perfect mix of accommodation, serviced daily, with all en-suite rooms. As an additional benefit for our guests, Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the house.

We have a small flower garden at the front with table and chairs, where you can sit and watch the world go by and enjoy views of Skiddaw and Latrigg.

For cyclists we have bike storage available.

All parking in Eskin Street is on-street parking but there are no restrictions.
